Steve Shankin says that dealers have many opportunities to earn more when selling UTVs and accessories by recognizing that customers who purchase UTVs are often first-time visitors to the dealership and their mentality is more like someone buying a pickup as opposed to someone buying a tractor.

Unfortunately, customers are not leaving dealerships with good impressions. One recent study shows that only 29% of those customers who bought a UTV considered their dealer to be a great resource. Listen in for Steve’s thoughts on the UTV buying experience.
