Tractor Supply Company, the largest rural lifestyle retail store chain in the United States, will close its store in New Holstein, Wis. the company announced.

The store has been in New Holstein for about 10 years.

“The closing of this location was based on many business factors, and we came to this decision after much analysis,” said John Logan, Tractor Supply Company regional vice president, in a press release. “We are grateful to our New Holstein customers for their loyalty and business, and we hope to continue serving those customers at store locations in the surrounding areas.”

Tractor Supply currently operates 16 stores in Wisconsin, and will honor all warranties at other stores and local service centers.

A store closing sale will begin Sunday, Feb. 8, and include discounts of 25 percent off all items with the exception of a 15 percent discount for all pet food, livestock feed and bird seed at the New Holstein store.

Tractor Supply Company operates more than 1,380 stores in 49 states.
