BROOKFIELD, Wis.  — Lessiter Publications Inc., Brookfield, Wis., has acquired the assets of Implement & Tractor from Philadelphia-based Farm Journal Media, effective July 16.

As part of Lessiter’s acquisition of the assets of Implement & Tractor, longstanding columnist Greg Petersen of Machinery Pete will contribute content and analysis for Lessiter Publications’ dealer properties on used equipment data and trends. Lessiter Publications’ equipment dealer properties include Farm Equipment, Ag Equipment Intelligence, Rural Lifestyle Dealer, Dealership Minds Summit andPrecision Farming Dealer
