How do you motivate your sales team — and keep them focused on goals — season after season?

Begins when I open about 6:15 a.m., the first one in the store when all is quiet. I unlock the doors, start the coffee and welcome the day. All employees are on time and happy, all parts deliveries on time and intact. All customers' problems solved and satisfied.

If you want your family to eat next week remember you are on a commission only pay. Goals what goals, 2" of rain would help us to make our payments. 100 degrees and 1/2 " of rain in the past 7 weeks
