SATISFYD, an Austin, Texas-based provider of Voice of Customer (VoC) and Voice of Employee (VoE) solutions for heavy equipment, construction, agriculture, and trucking dealers, has announced the launch of its inaugural Frontline Champion Award.

Dealership managers, supervisors, and leaders are invited to submit nominations for employees in frontline roles, including service, parts, rental, and sales support staff. Timed with the company’s Customer Service Week (October 7–11, 2025), the award will recognize the employees who are the heartbeat of equipment dealerships—the frontline team members who consistently go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

“Frontline employees are often the ones customers remember most—the service technician who stayed late to finish a repair, the parts counter staff who always know the right solution, or the rental manager who makes the process seamless,” said Ryan Condon, President of SATISFYD. “This award is about giving those unsung heroes the recognition they truly deserve.”

Complementing Other SATISFYD Awards

The Frontline Champion Award joins SATISFYD’s annual recognition programs, including the Top Dealer Awards and the MVP Awards, but is uniquely focused on honoring individuals rather than entire organizations or leadership teams.

“This award highlights the people who directly shape the customer experience day after day,” added Emilie Spalla, VP of Customer Success at SATISFYD. “It’s another way we’re helping dealerships celebrate the impact their teams make on customer loyalty and satisfaction.”

Winners will be announced in mid-November, ahead of Thanksgiving, tying the recognition to a season of gratitude and appreciation across the industry.
