Riley is assistant professor of medicine at UofL and a breast cancer specialist at the cancer center and University of Louisville Physicians-Medical Oncology/Hematology. Her research includes examining mastectomy and immediate reconstruction; caring for breast cancer patients who are medically underserved; and novel changes in scheduling radiation treatment following surgery to improve patient outcomes.

The Bush Hog booth at the show also featured a pink Bush Hog to help raise awareness of breast cancer with show participants.
