PANAMA CITY BEACH, Fla. — Jerkins Consulting, LLC officially announces the start of Executive Coaching Service and a new website.

In 1991, Floyd Jerkins founded Jerkins Creative Consulting (JCC) as a boutique firm offering specialized services for organizational development. They provided customized dealer development services to organizations in the United States and Canada. The team was made up of specialists who were experts in their fields along with project management and internal administrative team. Jerkins served as project director as well as worked in the field as a specialist.

JCC was recognized as a leader in business solutions, teaching thousands of executives and management professionals on how to increase efficiency, capacity, and profitability. With more than 25 years of success and memories, the company was sold in 2015. In 2016, Jerkins and his family moved from Southern Illinois to the northwest panhandle in Florida.

After 3 years of casual retirement, Jerkins decided to service customers again and created the Executive Coaching Service. This is a one-to-one coaching service to improve executives' and managers' performance.

According to Jerkins, "Providing coaching and mentoring to CEOs, executive leaders and management teams is a natural extension of my life to serve others. Many executives and high achievers have leadership qualities, but it’s not something that comes naturally. Leaders are trained and coached to become the best they can be. Each person has a unique learning style, so I custom design the solutions to fit the person to bring out your full potential. My style is both educational and motivational, so learning is engaging."
