WB Global Services, an off-highway consulting firm headquartered in Scottsbluff, Neb., announces the opening of an office in Lexington, Ky. This expansion is facilitated through a strategic partnership with Russ Green, founder of MACKAYBEN LLC, a transitional leadership network that specializes in developing leaders in the agriculture and food systems sectors.

Through this partnership, WB Global Services and MACKAYBEN LLC will collaborate on joint consulting projects, leadership development institutes, and dealer engagement strategies throughout North America, according to a Sept. 15 joint news release. The Lexington office will also serve as a hub for client engagement sessions, ag innovation roundtables, and leadership training programs.

The focus of this new alliance will be the development of a digital Learning Management System labeled the 246 Leadership Academy. The story behind the 246 LA brand is intentional. This LMS will contain multiple leadership lessons for the 20-year-old entering the workplace, the 40-year-old assuming their first supervisory or mentorship role, and the 60-year-old who could be in a transitional phase, passing the leadership of their business to the next generation. WBGS is collaborating with 2 Midwest universities in the development of this LMS.

“This partnership is a natural fit,” said Russ Green, founder of MACKAYBEN LLC. “Wayne Brozek has built a consultancy that’s not only technically sharp but deeply rooted in client support. Together, we can accelerate the transformation of any business and bring practical leadership solutions to the complex challenges facing today’s equipment manufacturers and dealer networks.”
“This connection to Kentucky is more than geographic expansion — it’s about aligning with the right leadership and regional partners who share our commitment to building sustainable, forward-thinking businesses,” said Wayne Brozek, founder and president of WB Global Services. “Russ Green and MACKAYBEN bring an unmatched perspective on leadership transformation, rooted in values, mentorship, and a passion for preparing the next generation.”

Founded by industry veteran Wayne Brozek, WB Global Services offers comprehensive consulting services to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), retail dealer organizations, and off-highway business operations across North America. Brozek’s firm is widely recognized for its depth of knowledge in the off-highway equipment sector, offering services such as channel development, dealer network optimization, after-sales performance improvement, and market entry strategy.

The range of business consulting and training services include the 246 Leadership Academy, a Learning Management System consisting of over 50 video training courses designed to enhance the performance of the dealer’s workforce. Through Tech Tip Tuesdays, Brozek shares his experienced insights on a 6-minute Facebook video reminder of practices for technical department leaders, also helpful to parts and service leaders. Additionally, monthly business podcasts, part of the Dealer Diagnostics program, feature industry professionals discussing the challenges and opportunities facing the agricultural, construction, and automotive industries. WBGS consultants, who will now have offices in 2 locations, have a history of enhancing customer experience and employee satisfaction for a range of existing clients with an approach that helps them manage their demands and provides customized business operational mentoring and coaching opportunities.
