MAC is pleased to announce that George Keen has joined the organization as an Advisor, bringing more than forty years of dealership operations, technology innovation, and international consulting experience to support MAC’s mission of strengthening performance and profitability across equipment industries.

Keen began his career managing five retail hardware stores before moving into software development in the lift truck industry, where he became an early pioneer in applying computer systems to dealership accounting and financial management. He later spent ten years inside a John Deere agricultural dealership and, concurrently, a Caterpillar/Jungheinrich forklift dealership serving nine branches across Virginia — experience that gave him a deep, practical understanding of how dealerships operate day to day.

Over the past four decades, including 15 years with Currie Management Consultants, Keen has advised equipment dealers across North America, Europe, and Latin America in construction, materials handling, agriculture, golf car, power generation, and transport refrigeration. He has facilitated dealer best practice groups for more than 25 years and authored three books in the Management in an Equipment Dealership series. He also founded Wise Wolf Consulting, LLC, where he developed benchmark-driven methodologies to help dealers turn underperforming departments into profit centers.

His expertise includes:

~ Service & Parts Department Performance

~ Sales Management & CRM Selection

~ Department Benchmarks & Financial Modeling

~ Peer Group Facilitation

~ Performance Management & Incentive Programs

~ Training & People Development

~ Business Turnaround & Profit Improvement

~ Mergers & Acquisitions Support

George’s operational insight and his ability to mine dealer data with modern analytical tools to drive performance improvement align perfectly with MAC’s values and the needs of our clients and OEMs.
