EAST HARTFORD, Conn. — As the nation prepares to recognize the contributions of working Americans this Labor Day, Premier Equipment Solutions, an expanding network of full-service compact equipment dealers in the Northeast, today launched SHARE, an employee equity initiative that gives all full-time employees, from skilled tradespeople to support teams, the opportunity to participate in the company's long-term financial success.
Premier Equipment Solutions employees across seven locations help contractors, landscapers, municipalities and property owners stay productive. Whether preparing equipment for delivery, diagnosing equipment in the field, repairing machines, stocking critical parts or supporting customers from the branch, their expertise minimizes downtime and keeps projects moving safely and efficiently.
The company builds lasting customer relationships through employees who respond quickly, take ownership of solving problems and help customers stay productive. The SHARE program reinforces that ownership mindset by giving employees a greater stake in the company's long-term success.
Developed through Premier Equipment Solutions' partnership with Brenton Point Capital Partners, a founding partner of Private Equity for Greater Good (PE4GG), the SHARE program recognizes that the people who strengthen businesses every day should be appreciated, recognized and rewarded.
"Our customers depend on us to keep their equipment running and their projects moving," said Andy Suhy, Chief Executive Officer of Premier Equipment Solutions. "That happens because of the talented people who serve them every day. From our technicians and parts specialists to our sales, rental and branch teams, every employee contributes to our customers' success. SHARE recognizes those contributions while reinforcing our culture of accountability, teamwork and customer service."
The SHARE initiative complements Premier Equipment Solutions' existing compensation, benefits and executive incentive programs. All full-time employees are automatically enrolled and are not required to make a financial contribution or take any action to participate. Based on the company's long-term performance, individual payouts have the potential to exceed an employee’s annual salary. The program will also apply to future employees and those joining through acquisitions.
Tim Hall, Founder and Managing Partner of Brenton Point Capital Partners, added, "Premier Equipment Solutions succeeds because its employees help customers stay productive every day. SHARE builds on that foundation by recognizing the people whose expertise, responsiveness and commitment strengthen the business and the customers it serves."
