Ferris welcomed more than 250 dealer attendees to its 2026 Dealer Summit, held in Orlando, Florida, bringing together many of our top-tier dealer partners at a pivotal time—the start of the annual booking season. The Summit reinforced our dealer-first mindset and our commitment to giving dealers the products, programs, tools and support they need to win in their markets and grow alongside Ferris.
A major focus of the event was our most ambitious product introduction in Ferris history. Dealers received a firsthand look at more than 25 new products and innovations, including ground-up designs for the Z1P and Z1PX stand-on mowers and significant updates to the 600S and 700S platforms. Dealers also had the opportunity to ride and experience the equipment themselves, reinforcing our commitment to building a broader, more competitive portfolio that helps our dealers capture new customers and grow Ferris in the marketplace.
Throughout the Summit, dealers heard directly from CEO Kristina Cerniglia and other company leaders including Michelle Kumbier, Kim Stemper, Jeff Richlen, Carissa Gingras and DJ Schofield about the direction of the business, our growth priorities and the important role our dealer network plays in our future. We also shared the progress and results of the Feels Like a Ferris marketing campaign, along with new programs and improvements designed to make Ferris easier to do business with.
The Summit extended beyond products and marketing. Dealers connected with endorsed vendors, sponsors and strategic partners, including financial resources from Huntington and Sheffield, and marketing resources such as True Radius and Dealer Spike, providing additional tools and expertise they can use to invest in and grow their businesses.
Most importantly, the Summit created an opportunity for two-way dialogue. Dealer feedback throughout the event was candid, constructive and overwhelmingly valuable, giving us clear opportunities to continue refining our products, programs and dealer experience.
That dialogue continued following the Summit with our Ferris Dealer Council, a group of just over a dozen hand-selected dealer partners who provide direct feedback on everything from new products and marketing programs to the Power Portal, ordering, inventory and pricing. Their input—and the feedback gathered from dealers throughout the Summit—will help shape our priorities as we continue building a stronger Ferris business together.
The 2026 Dealer Summit demonstrated what a dealer-first approach looks like in action: listen to our dealers, equip them to win, make it easier to do business with Ferris and collaborate to drive mutual growth.
