Kubota Corporation, manufacturers of agricultural equipment for more than 100 years, has been designated an official show supplier for World Ag Expo 2010. Kubota will supply the RTV900/RTV500/RTV1100 vehicle models that will be used by over 1,200 expo employees and volunteers.

Established in 1890, the Kubota Corporation has a reputation for manufacturing quality agricultural machinery. Not long after Kubota entered the North American market in 1969, it began to participate in World Ag Expo.

“[Kubota has] been involved and has displayed our product for almost 35 years at the WAE,” said Ray Martinez, Kubota site coordinator. “Since this is now the largest world's largest annual farm equipment and agriculture expo, and Kubota is a major manufacturer, we find it a great opportunity to display our most current products.”

These latest products include features like the hydrostatic transmissions, wet disc brakes, power steering, diesel engines and OSHA-approved rollover protective structures (ROPS) that can be found on the RTV900/1100/1140 models. Displaying these new products at past three-day expos has given Kubota a growing list of clientele. Martinez said, “We find that customers make inquiries from across the U.S. and from other countries as well. This is also the case with our local growers and consumer/recreational customer population.”

The 43rd annual World Ag Expo 2010, powering global agriculture, will run February 9–11 at the International Agri-Center show grounds in Tulare, Calif. An estimated 100,000 visitors from 67 countries are expected to attend World Ag Expo this year. The expo is the largest annual agricultural show of its kind with 1,600 exhibitors displaying cutting-edge agricultural technology and equipment on 2.6 million square feet of show grounds.
