Tom Rosztoczy, Stotz Equipment (2013 Large Multi-Store Dealership of the Year) will speak at the 2015 Dealership Minds Summit in a Dealer-to-Dealer panel on “Structures & Programs for Leadership Development.” The panel will share the formal structures progressive dealerships have in place right now to actively groom and develop the next generation.

Rosztoczy is the President/CEO of Stotz Equipment, a family-owned John Deere dealership with more than 20 locations in 8 western states. As the top executive for the past 15 years now, the group has grown at a swift rate — nearly doubling in size every 5 years.

Based in Avondale, Ariz., (just west of Phoenix), Rosztoczy manages a dealer organization of more than 400 employees and $250 million in revenue.  He also oversees related family businesses, including a 6,000-cow dairy, 3,000-acre farm and various real estate investments.

Rosztoczy began his career in the business after graduating from Stanford University with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering in 1987.  He has held numerous positions at the equipment firm, including sales manager, store manager and general manager.

His son Joey, 24, is also now working in the business.
