Kohler Engines will launch its new 7500 Series EFI Engine for consumer lawn mowers at GIE+EXPO 2016, which is set for Oct. 19-21 in Louisville, Ky. The company says the engine is the first of its kind for the consumer market. The new engine will be available on major lawn mower brands in spring 2017.

The new twin cylinder engine with EFI technology offers homeowners:

  • Easy, automotive-like starting
  • Enhanced fuel efficiency
  • Elimination of carburetor-related issues and repairs
  • Increased overall reliability

Kohler will also showcase its latest custom modified vehicle, the Kohler Aegis Command Center. The customized Argo 8x8 ATV is powered by the company’s new Aegis EFI engine — which is liquid cooled for increased durability and designed to meet the specific needs of the landscaping and construction industries.
