Kubota Corp. announces the establishment of a holding company in Europe as the regional headquarters of its industrial machinery business. The new European regional headquarters will be in Nieuw-Vennep, the Netherlands. Kubota Holdings Europe B.V. will drive further business expansion in the European markets by aiming a Pan-European business management optimization, according to the company.

Kubota established its first subsidiary in Europe 43 years ago. The company says it is necessary to shift its business management from a country basis to a Pan-European business basis and to optimize its business management in Europe.

Kubota says it plans to drive its "customer first" and "dealer first" principles further through the activities of Kubota Holdings Europe B.V. and will continue to make Kubota Group a global major brand.

Kubota also has other major European subsidiaries in France, German, the United Kingdom and Spain.
