For instance, he says, “You can’t get arrogant about pricing and think that people don’t have other options.” And, he says by increasing the profitability of your business, you can actually serve customers better by having more parts on hand as well as a better trained parts staff.
Accurate data, buying programs and experts are the pillars to his successful program. In fact, Dan says, “Parts are where the profits are and parts have always been the lifeblood of our business.
