BROOKFIELD,  Wis. — The editors of Farm Equipment are excited to announce the launch of a new mini-podcast series, featuring a one-on-one interview with renowned industry consultant Dr. Jim Weber.

In the new 5-part series, The Principles of Dealership Management with Dr. Jim Weber, Farm Equipment Editor/Publisher Mike Lessiter and Dr. Jim Weber discuss dealer management best practices based on Weber’s 40-plus years working with dealers and manufacturers in the ag, construction and other industries.

Described as a rock star in the OEM dealer world, Dr. Weber has been a consultant, trainer and 20-Group facilitator. Over his career, he’s worked with International Harvester, Massey Ferguson, Case IH, John Deere, New Holland, AGCO, Link-Belt and Caterpillar and has trained nearly 2,000 equipment dealers and over 1,000 equipment sales personnel. He also was the author for the Business of Selling column in Farm Equipment for a number of years, and his articles continue to get traffic on our website.
