ST. LOUIS, Mo. – The Equipment Dealers Association (EDA) is pleased to welcome Melissa Palmer to the team as the Director of Communications & Marketing. Melissa is an experienced professional with more than 15 years in marketing, communication and development. Melissa has spent the bulk of her career working for associations, including roles with the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce and the American Parkinson Disease Association.
Melissa began working with EDA in mid-July and will take over all marketing and communications responsibilities on July 26th. In her role she is responsible for all member communication, evaluating and executing EDA’s marketing strategy, maintaining the EDA brand and more. She has already impressed the EDA team with her work ethic and great ideas. “Melissa has already proven to be a great fit for EDA with regard to her expertise and our culture”, said EDA President & CEO Kim Rominger. “We believe her perspective will be invaluable as we continue to grow EDA membership and provide the best advocacy, resources and education for equipment dealers in North America.”
