Kawasaki Motors Corp., U.S.A. Engines Division has announced the promotion of Todd Sytsma to manager, OEM department. Sytsma has worked as an OEM sales manager at Kawasaki for the past four years.

Dealers will soon see an expanded concentration of support as Kawasaki’s existing Order Services Department becomes the Customer Care Department, effective April 1. The 6-person team will focus on enhancing the contact procedures between dealers and the company.

Attendees visiting the Kawasaki Engines display at this year’s GIE+EXPO in Louisville, Ky., helped the company bolster its contribution to FEEDING AMERICA to a level 15 percent above that achieved during the company’s initial effort at the trade gathering in 2018. Funds to provide more than 103,000 meals were generated at this year’s event.
