Mahindra USA rises to the number two spot in dealer satisfaction according to the North American Equipment Dealers Association (NAEDA) 2013 Dealer-Manufacturer Relations Survey. Mahindra USA captured the top spot in several categories: Communications with Management, Marketing & Advertising Support and Product Availability.

"Our dealers are the critical link to translating the Mahindra Rise philosophy into action at the grassroots level. We share our success with our dealers and are committed to their success as well," said Mani Iyer, President, Mahindra USA.

"Our dealers represent the Mahindra brand daily in their communities and are drivers for our strong growth in the U.S. and Canada. We thank each of our dealer partners for believing in the product and showcasing Mahindra as well as they do our products," said Cleo Franklin, Vice-President Marketing and Strategic Planning, Mahindra USA.

The robust partnership between dealers and Mahindra USA provides customers with a reliable network for service and support beyond the purchase. This combined with an industry-leading warranty program and a quality product, is reflected in the 98 percent brand loyalty and 97 percent customer satisfaction ratings from Mahindra tractor owners.

"We are pleased to see the impact of our dealer/customer-first focus reflected in our record sales growth and increased market share in North America," said Franklin.

The Mahindra RISE philosophy drives its daily business strategy: to accept no limits, employ alternative thinking and drive positive change to help transform lives for our stakeholders, customers and communities across the world and help them better connect to the land they work and love.

The NAEDA Dealer-Manufacturer Relations Survey is based on the feedback of NAEDA-member dealers in the United States and Canada with a 20 percent increase in responses as compared to 2012. The survey results are compiled from data provided by more than 3,000 individual dealers representing more than 1,000 dealerships.

Mahindra became the number one selling tractor brand in the world in 2010 by providing consumers with value-packed, high-quality tractors. Mahindra is the only tractor manufacturer in the world to win both the Deming Application Prize and the coveted Japan Quality Medal for excellence in Total Quality Management, awarded by the Deming Prize Committee care of the Union of Japanese Scientists.
