For the second straight year, ActionCOACH Business Coach Monte Wyatt of West Des Moines, Iowa, won the executive coach of the year award at the recent ActionCOACH Americas conference. Wyatt is the author of the “Take the Lead” column in Rural Lifestyle Dealer.

While most ActionCOACH business coaches focus on individually owned businesses, nearly 75% of Wyatt’s coaching is done with larger companies and their executives, a growing niche that he has been happy to work with.

ActionCOACH Founder and Chairman Brad Sugars presented the award to Wyatt. “I am very proud of Monte as this is his second year in a row receiving this prestigious award. Monte is very talented in how he guides and coaches his executive clients. The results with his clients are strong in revenue growth, team capabilities and growth, and efficiencies in their organizations,” Sugars said.

Wyatt brings energy to his coaching that his competitors simply can’t match. That energy, along with his knowledge, means results for his clients, whether that client is a family-owned business or a company that employs hundreds of people.

After winning the award, Wyatt said, “I am honored and humbled to be recognized with this honor again. I am especially grateful to my clients for their passion to grow themselves in order to grow their businesses. I love helping executives improve their leadership, communication and effectiveness with their teams and I’m very lucky to be able to do that every day.”
