The Toro Co. has renewed its support of the Equine Equipment Savings program, a unique initiative created by Innovative Equine Marketing to support and promote the goals of equine facilities and tracks across North America. Thanks to the program, organizations and individuals in the equine industry will have access to preferred pricing on Toro equipment.
Innovative Equine Marketing serves as a liaison between equipment dealers and Toro to qualify candidates and subsequently provide equipment discounts for equine facilities, and has been a popular program among that demographic. Toro’s partnership with Innovative Equine Marketing includes equipment discounts of up to 26%.
According to Steve Andersen, founder of Innovative Equine Marketing, they keep everything even across the board: “Our job is to make sure that folks who receive this discount are well-qualified — we don’t care if that is the Smith family farm, or the Taj Mahal of thoroughbred breeding — everyone receives equal benefits from the program.”
Andersen claims that equine professionals by and large have put their trust in Toro equipment for decades, and it speaks volumes for Toro to take such an active role in supporting equine facilities. “Toro’s commitment to the industry is apparent through their support of the Equine Equipment Savings program,” says Andersen. “Toro continues to be a strong partner of ours, and has been an active supporter of the program since 2011.”
Andersen, well-known in the thoroughbred industry, served as senior director for sales at the National Thoroughbred Racing Association for more than a decade before founding Innovative Equine Marketing.
