TORONTO, Ontario Constellation Software ("Constellation") (TSX:CSU), announces that it, through its Perseus division ("Perseus"), has purchased 100% of the shares of Dealer Information Systems Corp. ("DIS"). The acquisition further expands Constellation's market presence in dealership management software.

Headquartered in Bellingham, Wash. with customers across the U.S. and Canada, DIS is the leading provider of business system software to agricultural, construction and material handling dealers and distributors in North America.

With the addition of DIS, over 4,000 dealerships across North America and the United Kingdom will use one or more of our software products to make their dealership more successful.
