Consumer interest in loyalty programs is growing, with one study showing that  77% of consumers participate in retail loyalty programs, according to article on CMO.com. These programs are one factor in building a relationship and those relationships build trust and influence purchases. Eventually, loyal customers spend 67% more than new ones.

We are exploring this marketing approach for the rural equipment segment and I'm seeking dealers to comment on the topic — those who have loyalty programs that are working and those whose loyalty programs aren't working as they had hoped.
