Small Agriculture & Turf sales increased for the quarter as a result of higher shipment volumes and the positive effects of foreign currency translation.

Full-year organic sales growth despite soft consumer sentiment.

First quarter 2025 net sales of $391.0 million declined 8.1% compared to $425.6 million in the first quarter of 2024. Gross profit of $102.8 million or 26.3% of net sales declined by $8.8 million as a result of lower net sales, however, gross margin improved by nearly 10 basis points, compared to the same period of the prior year. 

Stihl was able to increase the share of sales from battery-operated tools to 24% — up from 20% in the previous year

Professional segment net sales for the fourth quarter were $828.9 million, down 12.3% from $944.7 million in the same period last year.

Revenue in Deere's Production & Precision Ag segment rose 12% to $6.8 billion in the quarter.
