The Board of Directors of the Farm Equipment Manufacturers Association (FEMA) elected new officers during the Marketing and Distribution Convention held Wednesday, Oct. 29 in Las Vegas.

Leading the association as president will be Janea Danuser, vice president and co-owner of Danuser Machine Co. in Fulton, Mo.

Serving as association president for 2019 will be Nick Jensen of Thurston Manufacturing Co. First vice president is Janea Danuser of Danuser Machine Co. Second vice president is Matt Westendorf of Westendorf Manufacturing Co. Secretary is Tim Burenga of Worksaver. Treasurer is Paul Jeffrey of MacDon.

Mike Wiles, creator of AskTractorMike.com and a Rural Lifestyle Dealer columnist, will be a moderator, panelist and presenter at the Farm Equipment Manufacturers Assn.'s Fall Marketing & Distribution Convention.

Paul Jeffrey of MacDon is board president. The 16-person board includes Carrie Gunnerson, president and CEO of Art's Way Manufacturing Co.

Tom Taylor, Vice President of Business Development for the Agricultural Division of Alamo Group, has been elected to the Farm Equipment Manufacturers Association Board of Directors.

John McCoy, of Orthman Manufacturing Inc. and President of the Farm Equipment Manufacturers Association, said the Association is among the many agricultural groups urging the Ways & Means House Committee to make permanent the five-year depreciation schedule for agriculture equipment.
