KIOTI Tractor a Division of Daedong-USA, Inc., recently announced the members of their dealer network who received KIOTI’s coveted 5-PAW Dealer status for the fiscal year ending 2011. KIOTI’s unique 5-PAW Program was launched to honor dealers who consistently deliver a premier customer experience when selling KIOTI tractors, UTV’s, implements and attachments.  

Dealers who earned this designation for their efforts in 2011 were honored at a formal awards banquet on the last evening of KIOTI’s annual dealer meeting in Raleigh, North   Carolina, just a short distance from KIOTI’s North American headquarters in Wendell. The KIOTI 5-PAW dealer program features five areas in which dealers are evaluated: Sales, Service, Parts, Marketing and Organizational Standards, with the criteria for each category becoming more stringent each year to ensure that dealerships continually strive for improvement to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction when selling KIOTI products.

46 KIOTI dealers earned their 5-PAW status for the calendar year ending December 31, 2011. 14 of these dealers have earned this certification for the second time, 15 for the third time and 11 for the fourth consecutive year.

KIOTI’s 5-PAW Dealer Excellence Program was initiated in 2008 to recognize KIOTI dealerships that promote professionalism, have a high level of customer satisfaction and provide superior service on an ongoing basis.  “Every dealer in our growing network of KIOTI dealerships in North America is extremely valuable to the continued growth and success of our organization,” states Michael Boucher, Senior Director of Sales and Operations for KIOTI Tractor. “Our 5-Paw dealers really set the standard of excellence that all KIOTI dealers strive for. Each year we see more and more dealers improving upon their operation to earn this sought after 5-PAW designation.”

KIOTI Tractor will be promoting 5-PAW dealers through an enhanced advertising commitment, acknowledgement on KIOTI’s website, through public relations and at the dealership level with signs, banners and plaques provided for display.  All promotional items will contain KIOTI’s special 5-PAW program logo. Only certified 5-PAW dealers have permission to use this logo when promoting KIOTI products.
