ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. – Messick’s Farm Equipment announces the start of its 2015 Christmas Light Show. This is the third year that Messicks’ will be hosting a drive-through Christmas Light Show at its Elizabethtown store. The event runs Dec. 5-28. Over the past 2 years, Messick’s has raised more than $50,000 for local charities throughout the event.

The animated light show is open to the public and features more than 70,000 colorful lights covering the stores, light poles, and dozens of Kubota tractors that dance to choreographed holiday music.

Light shows run about every 15 minutes in the evening. The show times are 6:30-9 p.m. Dec. 4-10 and are extended until 10 p.m. from Dec. 11-28.

Volunteer attendants direct traffic and assist in parking and collecting donations throughout the evening. Donations collected from the event this year will benefit Paxton Street Ministries, Water Street Rescue Mission, Mennonite Disaster Service, Elizabethtown Community Cupboard, and Habitat For Humanity.
