Littleton, Colo. — Bombardier BRP recently announced Charter Software’s ASPEN Dealer Management System had been certified according to their recommended Powersports Data Standards (PDS). Charter’s ASPEN users who are BRP dealers asked Charter Software to seek certification in order to comply with the Standards. With the March 2017 release of ASPEN, BRP dealers will see some of the initial integration that Charter has built as part of the utilization of the PDS standard.

“Over the last few years we’ve seen more and more of our customers in the agricultural, construction and golf car industries adding powersports as a way to both meet the changing needs of their customers and offset the seasonality of their business,” President/CEO Anne Salemo says. “We are very excited to add Bombardier to the list of powersports OEMs we work with and look forward to developing our relationship.”

Last summer, Polaris added ASPEN to their list of approved DMS systems. Both approvals are based on Charter’s proven track record and servicing dealer experience in addition to their software functionality, mobile capability, and pricing model.
