BLOOMINGTON, Minn. — The Toro Co. (NYSE: TTC) recently announced that it has successfully completed its acquisition of privately-held Venture Products Inc., the manufacturer of Ventrac-branded products. Based in Orrville, Ohio, Ventrac is a leading manufacturer of articulating turf, landscape, and snow and ice management equipment for the grounds, landscape contractor, golf, municipal and rural acreage markets.
The signing of the definitive purchase agreement for the acquisition was previously announced on January 21, 2020,
