The Toro Company released its Sustainability Impact Report for fiscal 2023.

The partnership will include The Pulpit Club’s exclusive use of Toro equipment and irrigation systems on both of their award-winning 18-hole golf courses, as well as featuring The Pulpit Club as a new Toro equipment and irrigation training centre.

The acquisition supports The Toro Co.’s strategy of leadership in next generation technologies, including alternative power, smart connected and autonomous products.

The Toro Company announced that it acquired TURFLYNX, a privately held developer of autonomous mowing equipment for golf courses. The new Toro employees will continue to be based in Portugal.

According to a report from the Milwaukee Business Journal, Briggs & Stratton has agreed to pay $33.65 million to The Toro Company to settle a patent-infringement case from May 2010.

Net sales in the third quarter were $841 million, up 0.3% from $838.7 million in the third quarter of fiscal 2019; year-to-date fiscal 2020 net sales were $2.54 billion, up 5.6% from $2.40 billion in the same prior-year period.

The compensation of the company’s senior leadership, including all executive officers and the Board of Directors is being adjusted for the rest of fiscal 2020.
