The United States Consumer Product Safety Commission has reported that as of March 16, Stihl has issued a recall on about 2,700 docking stations for its iMow robotic lawn mowers.

This is the third year STIHL has been recognized on this list, moving up from No. 205 in 2022.

According to a Nov. 17 report from The Virginia Pilot, Stihl plans to invest $49 million into its Virginia Beach, Va., facility, where it manufacturers chainsaw guide bars.

COSMOS, a current Stihl development partner and major supplier of mufflers, is headquartered in South Chicago Heights, Ill., and employs some 200 people in the development, production, and sale of muffler systems and stamped components for small and medium-sized engines.

The STIHL Group achieved record-breaking revenue of 5.06 billion euros in fiscal year 2021, equating to a year-on-year increase of 10.4%. Excluding currency effects, revenue would have increased by 12.3%.
