The Toro Company will purchase all of the outstanding shares of Tornado Infrastructure Equipment for $1.92 per share (CAD), or a fully diluted equity value of $279 million (CAD).

In a June 21 note to investors, Michael Shlisky, managing director and senior research analyst at DA Davidson, stated he saw solid growth opportunities for Toro based on golf course surveys and Ditch Witch dealer sentiment.
