Echo Inc., a global leader in professional-grade, high performance outdoor power equipment for commercial and homeowner use, announced the immediate appointment of Texas Outdoor Power Equipment (TOP Equipment) to serve the independent dealer network previously handled by Rental Distributing Co.

AGCO, a worldwide manufacturer and distributor of agricultural equipment and solutions, reported its results for the third quarter ended Sept. 30, 2020. Net sales for the third quarter were approximately $2.5 billion, an increase of approximately 18.4% compared to the third quarter of 2019.

Jerry Johnson, President of Blount International’s Farm, Ranch, and Agriculture Division and Woods Equipment, has announced his retirement, effective December 31, 2020. Johnson will be succeeded by Todd H. Hall, who most recently has served as President of Blount’s Concrete Cutting & Finishing Division.

Alamo Group, manufacturer of equipment for agriculture and infrastructure maintenance, reported consolidated net sales in the third quarter 2020 were up 7.3% to $291.8 million.

ASV added Construction Machinery Industrial with four locations in Alaska, as well as Robinson, Texas-based Construction Edge Equipment. Existing dealers added new locations, including Carolina Construction Equipment with two in South Carolina and Briggs Equipment with one in Tampa, Fla.
