Among all the news stories posted on RLD.com in April, dealers were most interested in the news about Kukje Machinery, the parent company of Branson Tractors, being sold to TYM.
Mowing season is now underway in many parts of the country and stories about Spartan Mowers and Cub Cadet ranked second and ninth among the top 10 stories, even though those introductions were announced back in October.
Stories about ways to build efficiencies in the service department and improve customer service ranked third (“Expediting Equipment Repair”), fifth (“Pick Up the Phone”) and eighth (“Adding Triaging Processes”).
Selling skid steers and tractors (Massey’s new ad campaign) were also top stories, ranking fourth and seventh, respectively.
Finally, new products always capture dealers’ attention and this past month those introductions included an early announcement about Bad Boy Off Road's new Stampede utility vehicle (ranked sixth) and BigToolRack’s tractor attachment for tools, towing and counterweight capabilities (ranked tenth).
Bad Boy Off Road has since announced more details about its Stampede. Read more.
