Among all the news stories posted on in April, dealers were most interested in the news about Kukje Machinery, the parent company of Branson Tractors, being sold to TYM.

Stories about ways to build efficiencies in the service department and improve customer service ranked third (“Expediting Equipment Repair”), fifth (“Pick Up the Phone”) and eighth (“Adding Triaging Processes”).
