Outdoor power equipment (OPE) manufacturers improved their year-over year dealer satisfaction scores in 2024.

Branson Tractors has been selected for the Dealer's Choice Award and is the #1 brand for Overall Dealer Satisfaction in the tractor category in the 2021 Equipment Dealers Association (EDA) Annual Survey.

The Equipment Dealers Assn. (EDA) is once again conducting its annual Dealer-Manufacturer Relations Survey and is currently accepting responses from dealers.

The Equipment Dealers Assn. survey enables equipment dealers throughout North America to rate the manufacturer lines they carry in key operational categories. It will remain open through March 13, 2020.

The Dealer’s Choice Award is presented to the top-rated company in each of EDA’s four manufacturer categories based on results of the annual Dealer-Manufacturer Relations Survey. LS Tractor earned Dealer's Choice for tractor manufacturers and Scag earned Dealer's Choice for outdoor power equipment manufacturers.

The Equipment Dealers Assn. recently disseminated the 2018 Dealer-Manufacturer Relations Survey to thousands of equipment dealers throughout the U.S. and Canada. The survey will remain open through March 7, 2018.

Toro's highest score was in the area of parts availability in the 2017 Equipment Dealers Assn.'s Dealer-Manufacturer Relations Survey.

Walker Manufacturing's highest score was in the area of product quality in the 2017 Equipment Dealers Assn.'s Dealer-Manufacturer Relations Survey.
