The $1 million donation will help provide the people of Aransas County and surrounding areas with equipment and tools to help clear debris and expand efforts to rebuild businesses, homes, and entire communities that were devastated by Hurricane Harvey. 

Donations to the relief fund will go directly to equipment dealerships and their employees in Hurricane Harvey’s affected areas surrounding Houston, Texas.

Additional tractors and utility vehicles have been made available to dealers for immediate use in rebuilding efforts. Equipment is immediately available to government entities, companies and customers to ease the burden of access to a larger fleet for clean-up efforts. The combined donation of cash, services and equipment will be $1.5 million.

In response to Hurricane Harvey, the Equipment Dealers Foundation (EDF), with support from several regional associations, has released a call to action for their members and the agriculture community as a whole. The groups are asking for donations to EDF’s Disaster Relief Fund which will provide financial aid to victims of the hurricane.

The donations are being made to several national and local charitable organizations to aid in relief efforts. Kubota is also committed to helping in the cleanup and restoration efforts.
