The California-based distributor of electric tractors is refocusing its efforts from expanding its dealer/distributor network to prioritizing direct-to-consumer sales and partnering with select dealers in key markets. 

With a notable career spanning over 20 years in the agricultural machinery field, Grooms brings extensive expertise and leadership to his new role.

Solectrac assembles its tractors in Windsor, Calif. Recently expanded, the facility has an annual assembly capacity of 6,000 units per year.

35 tractor-equipment dealers, representing 73 locations across the country, recently started selling the fast-growing, electric tractor brand, Solectrac, in response to the accelerated movement towards fully-electric solutions.
